About
Pelin Gönül Şahin is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with over a decade of hands-on experience across Europe, MENA, and LATAM. Throughout her career, she has built and executed numerous acceleration and innovation programs for leading corporations and has had the privilege of coaching and advising hundreds of startup founders and executives from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Working in the high-pressure environments of startups and venture capital firms, Pelin has witnessed firsthand the internal battles entrepreneurs face and the significant gap in wellbeing support. This gap led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology to address these needs effectively.
Today, she combines her deep entrepreneurial expertise with psychological insight to enhance the mental resilience and wellbeing of founders and enable them to achieve sustainable growth, both personally and professionally.
